Hello,

I'm experiencing some serious issues on the Android app. This is pursuing me to stop the premium subscription.

After the upgrade to the last version, it just deleted all the songs I made offline available. Now I need to resync it, my slow internet connection is really happy about it.

Then, the application frequently crash. I got several errors:

- random crash

- random stop playback

How can I further debug the problem ? Are there some kind of logs I can access ?

This is really annoyng. Thanks.

Can you try to reinstall the app?

Most problems can be fixed by reinstalling.
