Android auto and the Spotify offline mode, again.

My Question or Issue

In spotify app I downloaded all playlist, album and podcasts to the phone and expect to play this in android auto even without online connection.

This does work for the categories "playlists", "songs" and "artist".

It does NOT work for the categories "album" and "podcasts". There only the dreaded "spotify is offline" message is shown. Why? All the podcasts ar local stored, so what's the problem with beeing offline? Just play it and don't waste my mobile data.

Since you have all your content downloaded, you should enable Offline Mode, by clicking the 'wheel' icon (top right).

Under Playback you'll find the Offline switch, which will toggle Offline mode On and Off.
