Android update that screwed me

followed phone direction to update the Android ver. only to find it won't opperate on my phone. After two years of 'can't grumble' usuage. Super jolly spotify response  distills to 'sorry mate yr f**k'd'. I can't even reload old version. come on you biult yr company on my allegiance

Just being average user after year+ with  laptop and all offline albums etc.   Following update prompts during down and run procedure in-jumps 'ERROR 17' online solution leaves me befuddled and no fix. slowly i'm moving to the exit door.

Help is needed now

The latest release notes, indicate that spotify should now work on your galaxy ace. Are you trying to download spotify or spotify music?

Can you try the steps in this post to resolve the error 17 issue on your laptop.
