App Crashes When Skipping

My Question or Issue

The app continually crashes when skipping or when playing on Bluetooth in my car for so much as 10 minutes. I've tried everything to fix it. Uninstalling, restarting the phone, re-installing, clearing the cache, making sure the battery can force it to sleep. Nothing is working and it's driving me nuts. I just want to listen to music on the way to work or while at work but godforbid I skip a song.

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've tried so far. To continue investigating this issue, would you mind confirming if the app on your phone crashes even if it's not connected via Bluetooth to your car?

Also, would you mind checking on a different mobile device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

Lastly, it would be great if you could have that friend or relative log in with their account on your Galaxy S10 to see if the issue persists or not. If persistent, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running
