App constantly shuts down or just stops playing.

App constantly shuts down or just stops playing.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have reset network settings. This is happening on both android devices. Not just one device. And in multiple locations. I'm ready to cancel subscription.

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting already tried.

 

Have you tried to reproduce the issue with a different account? Just in case, could you perform a clean reinstall of the app as described here
