App crash

I have a kindle fire hd 8' 9". When i open the app it crashes unless i can quickly get out of the my songs/playlist tab. if i can get out  the 0.5 seconds before it crashes the app works like a charm so long as i stay away from that section. i cleared data and cache. and uninstalled/reinstalled/compleatly shut of the device multiple times. please help.

Can you try a clean install, but make sure you follow the steps in the below guide? Also do you have an SD Card, try without it inserted.
