App isn't working anymore

Hi

Today while I was listening to music on spotify my phone froze and crashed multiple times. Afterwards I wasn't able to start spotify, so I forced the app to stop. It still wasn't working so I deinstalled and reinstalled the app. Now I only get to the login page but it won't let me log in. I've checked and I am still able to login on the webpage. I can't empty the apps cache in my phone settings because it won't let me.

We're currently aware of an issue causing the behavior you describe. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. 

Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.
