App keeps crashing

I keep opening the app and it crashes right away. Anyone else having this issue?

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one? 

On another note, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update?

We'll be on the lookout.
