My Question or Issue
I've been using your app for 2 years with no issues until this weekend. The audio cuts out at random intervals but it shows on screen that it is still playing. It happens with Bluetooth headphones, Bluetooth to the car, and the phones speaker. Other apps don't cut out at all. I've cleared cache, reinstalled the app, changed power settings, logged out and logged back in, unoptimized the app. I don't know what else to do and I'm at my wits end. Please fix the app. I've also asked a few people I know that use Spotify if it is happening to them as well and it is.

My Question or Issue
when I’m listening to a podcast and the phone is connected to a Bluetooth speaker, the audio will go silent for half a second and then come back. I have done a clean install and the problem persists.
It’s not Spotify, it’s the speaker. But also, it’s apple
Reinstalling or changing network does not solve the issue at all. In fact it is also happening on PC browser, as well from time to time and on multiple network (work, home, 4G, 5G...)
All of a sudden when I'm playing songs there are several breaks that happen and it seems to be only when I'm using Bluetooth in the car. The song will stop for a second then continue playing.
It doesn't seem to be a service issue as when I've had that issue it pauses for awhile. This stops for exactly a second or 2 and always continues playing. Sometimes several times throughout a song.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, that didn't help.
Hello,
I am having a problem with sound loss on Spotify on my Bluesound sound system – home theater group (soundbar, two rear channels, subwoofer).
It doesn't matter which device (PC, iPhone, my Android phone) I use to send Spotify to the Bluesound device. One song plays fine, but the next one plays WITHOUT SOUND. I usually use my Android phone to listen to or send Spotify music to the Bluesound system. I listen to lossless quality on Bluesound. When I listen only on my phone, this problem does not occur.
I have already tried clearing the cache on my phone, resetting the phone to factory settings, restarting it several times, and resetting the Bluesound speakers to factory settings. I have replaced the Ethernet cables and switches leading from the router to the Bluesound speakers. I also tried to restart router. I will also replace the router if necessary, but I think it´s ok.
Do you have any tips on what else I could try? Unfortunately, Bluesound, which I think is most affected by this, is not very helpful.
Thanks for any help
