Audio stuttering when screen is off android 10 xiaomi

I'm using a Xiaomi Redmi 9C with Android 10. This happens when I'm playing music through WiFi, data or through downloads. Whenever I turn off my screen the every minute or so the minute starts stuttering. This doesn't happen when it's playing in the background with the screen on.

I've already set Spotify to not optimized on the battery settings, I've also already uninstalled the app and reinstalled. What could I do?

We understand you've already tried reinstalling the app. However, we'd like to suggest a clean reinstall as it's more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing issues. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this?
