Audiobooks and ads in wrong language

For some reason I can only see audiobooks in German, sometimes ads played on podcasts are in German too. None of my settings are switched to German as I don't speak the language nor do I live in a German speaking country.

Even when I try to search for a audiobook in english that I know is on Spotify I can only see the german version and it's very annoying!

That's odd. Can you try doing a full reinstall of the app to see if this helps?

Do you have a VPN enabled on your device? If so, disabling it should help out with this.
