My Question or Issue

I have two ongoing situations in my Spotify App.

1. Whenever I'm listening to Music, when the next track is only a few seconds in, the audio randomly stops and skips to the next track on its own. This affects Singles on Loop as well, since after it's done playing, there's a stop that takes more than a second or requires direct interaction with the phone to continue playing.

2. Whether Online or Offline, the Spotify App displays downloaded Albums as if they weren't downloaded. When I'm Offline and this happens, I'm unable to play Music. It started as a few seconds before it went back to the original downloaded state, but now, I have to wait a grueling amount of minutes until the app realizes its downloaded. This has been happening since I used Offline Mode a few times before.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to see you've been experiencing playback and download issues.

It seems to me that your cached data may be needing a refresh, so I'd suggest clearing it up as shown here. When done, log out of the app and back in twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of your settings and data.

Should the issues continue, see if going for a complete clean reinstall of the app would make a difference.
