Autoplay not working. 

Sometimes it does and most of the times not.

Autoplay is turned on in settings

envío video donde se evidencia que termina la playlis y la canción que está en la cola de recomendaciones no inicia en lugar de ella inicia otra canción que ya tengo en la playlis

En la actualidad cuento con un dispositivo Samsung Note 10 plus corriendo Android 3.1.1 también tengo un Samsung Galaxy A51 con Android 3.1.1 

La versión de Spotify que esta corriendo actualmente es 8.6.64.1081

Los pasos para las posibles soluciones nos los indicados por el grupo de desarrollo de Spotify como reinicia la aplicación, desistalar de raíz la aplicación, limpiar cache, borrar datos de la aplicación, he formateado el celular de fabrica y la instalo de nuevo, compre otro celular y también persiste el problema

After reviewing one more time the video you sent we want to make a clarification to avoid confusions. The Autoplay feature isn't supposed to start playing the songs shown at the bottom of the playlist since they're only recommendations. Instead, it will start playing a radio based on the playlist you've just finished, some of the songs from the same playlist can be repeated.

 

There's one way you can make sure Autoplay is working: 

  1. After the playlist is finished and the next song starts playing, open the playback window.
  2. If you see the "Dislike song" icon , it means that the song isn't from the playlist itself, it's from the radio. 
  3. That icon will indicate you that Autoplay is working normally.

Lastly, we're currently running the app version 8.6.66, could you update your app and test how it keeps working?

My Question or Issue

Autoplay works rarely. The playlist then starts with the same song I never want to hear again. It has been like this for years. The setting has been on all this time. It is even the same on my windows 10 app. It would be better if play just stopped instead restarting the playlist.
