I have a Spotify premium account and I've noticed ever since I had it, my sound quality when I'm in data has gone down. My downloaded music plays just fine, it's just when I'm on data. I have a Pixel 2 phone if anyone needs to know.

Can you please check your audio quality settings by following the steps here. It may be set to a lower quality for streaming and that can be the reason for your problem. Please keep us updated.
