Broken Notifications

I can't recieve any notifications on any devices iOS, Android, Windows last 2 years. I'm really tired of that. There is nothing wrong with any settings. I have changed my phone 3 times. Doesn't matters.

They dropped push notifications for new music (about two years ago) and we now have to rely on the playlists Release Radar and New Music Friday plus the occasional email.

So why there are push notifications settings for new music category. Also I haven't received any notification for anything.
