Bug | Android | Marshmellow | App doesnt install | Unfortunately, Package Access Helper has stopped

App is not installing or upgrading from past few updates. (I think 3-4)

Both Google store or APK installations fail with message - "Unfortunately, Package Access Helper has stopped " Then its stuck showing installing.

Tried force stopping 'Package Helper' and 'Package Access Helper' system apps and clearing their cache and data. It doesnt solve the issue.

Phone : BLU Life One X2 Mini
OS : Marshmellow 6.0.1
Current Spotify version : 8.4.22.857

Trying to install versions > 8.4.22.857 either by Google store or APK.
