My Question or Issue

My issue is when I reopen the apps to check a playlist or look for an artist I get an add that prevents me from accessing my screen, I tap the hide option but it doesn't work instead I can tap what's behide the app on the menus, but when I tap the more info option it opens the URL, so the hide button doesn't function as it should, it pops up but when I tap it it lets tap what's behind the add

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't help, let's try a clean reinstall of the app.
