Can I use my account at the same time on multiple devices?

Hey,

Can I use my spotify account on different devices at the same time? For example - I'm playing one song on my laptop but then I go to another room and turn another song on my mobile, then turn a third song or playlist on my tablet? Or run different songs at the same time on different mobiles with the same account?
