Can not use Next, Previous and Save from lockscreen

Hello,

I have a Moto X Style on Android 6.0. 

The lockscreen controls does not work except for the play and pause button. 

I have tried following this guide: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/COMPLETE-GUIDE-How-to-fix-most-Android-issues/td-p/914257 but it has not worked.

I have also tried:

Resetting the phone.

Confirmed that it does not matter if I stream the music or have it saved to my phone.

Set Spotify to not be optimized by Androids Doze feature.

Given the app all the permissions needed.

It looks like you have tried everything to fix this issue, but one question, have you tried reinstalling the app?

The steps are in the link you have included.

If you have tried that already, then it may be something Spotify could look into. You can get this reported directly to them, along with the steps you have tried.

I have tried it as part of the troubleshooting I have done but again it does not fix this issue.
