Can't Install spotify - Inopportune reboot

Hello,

I can not find any solution to re-install the spotify apps.

I, besides the fact that my smartphone restarts alone (in charge often), I'd try:

  • A restoration system
  • then a factory restoration (wipe)
  • Dump app cache
  • and finally tried an installation without SD card

I can not install Spotify through the store, or through the downloaded APK.

Symptoms :

  • Attempt via the store: Downloading the app, then at the time of installation, crashing and restarting the smartphone
  • Via the downloaded APK + File Manager: opening the folder in which the crash APK is located and restarting the smartphone
  • Via the APK and Astro: opening the folder in which the APK is located, click on the com.spotify.music ... .apk file then crashing and restarting the smartphone

My config:

  • Wiko Ridge Fab 4G
  • Android 5.2.0
  • Core Version: 3.10.49
  • Build Number: LRX22G
  • Custom Build Version: Wiko Ridge Fab 4G Version 8

Thank you for your help,

Hello.

I've contacted spotify and i've got the solution - worked perfect for me, Wiko Ridge 4G phone model.

It's not the perfect one but allow us to use spotify while the issues are being solved.

The link to playstore/amazon is the acess to the new version.
What you can do is install the old version (for me, was working perfect).
Here, Works perfect.

Someone already had this issue and was solved.
