Here is my desktop Spotify playlist http://i.imgur.com/S5b3E.jpg and here is my mobile Spotify playlist http://i.imgur.com/B6faU.png Now for some reason or another, I've tried EVERTHING imaginable to try and delete that Timbaland playlist in the bottom of my mobile version. When you click on it, it opens and shows theres a T.I. album in their, and that has no music in it and is non deleteable. So I come to the Spotify community for help! Thanks in advance for any possible solutions!

Richard, Same problem. I have an empty "SpotON Radio" playlist that needs deletion. Any help is appreciated.
This should be fixed for you now.
@Richard
Are there any plans to fix this problem at it's source, instead of you needing to poke around in people's playlists everytime that this crops up?

Sure, if I can get it identified as a priority issue (easier said than done)
True, unfortunately.
When there's an iOS bug that's been open for 359 days and an Android bug that's been open for 293 days then I guess your chances of getting anyone to do anything about this is pretty small.
They are three different departments, Steve. I've sent an email to see if we can do anything about it.
That might be true, but taking an age to do anything seems to be endemic across all departments at Spotify, except for the Web Player team which seems to be doing an excellent job of pushing out regular updates, communicating their plans and interacting with end-users. If only a few more departments could follow their example.

Hi Richard,
Sorry to bother you but I have the same issue as well. I have 2 playlist folders named "z", where one's empty while the other has one playlist in it. It would be awesome if you could remove the empty one.
Done!
Awesome, it worked. Thanks RIchard!!
Hi Richard,
I have the exact same problem on my playlist folders as well, could you be so kind to fix this for me as well?
Thanks in advance!
Greetings,
Stefan
Richard -
I'm so glad there's a solution to this problem! Mind I bother you to reset my playlist structure as well to delete the folder "By Mood?" I'm on iOS.
Cheers!
Hello Richard,
I could use some helpe here, too. 🙂 Could you please delete the empty playlist folder "Gothic" from my account? Recreating a playlist folder with the same name using the desktop client results in all the other playlist folders being moved to this folder, which is kind of weird.
Thanks!
Hi, I have a file/playlist that causes my spotify on my cellphone to go blank whenever i try to start it up. So I wonder if you could delete the file? I don't know which playlist this is since i cant enter spotify in my cellphone but this is the name of the file: playlist-eba1169e17c6881610255e0a67725df902.bnk
This would mean so much to me since I'm listening to music most of the time I'm awake.
Thanks, have a nice weekend.
On my android phone all my folders and playlists that come after the folder jamaica somehow ended up IN the folder jamaica. On the desktop i don't have that problem. Is that also something that you can solve?
Hi,
I'm having the same problem here on my Android phone. I have a playlist folder at the bottom of my playlists which I can't delete. It doesn't show on my PC client. Can you remove?
Thank you
@frangilbert - The support team should be able to lend a hand. You can get in touch via Twitter: @SpotifyCares or email using the online contact form and they will be able to get it removed for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hola!
A quién corresponda:
Tengo una carpeta vacia que no puedo eliminar de mi spotify Tablet android (empty Folder)
necesito que me la borren manualmente,
la carpeta es: "The Beatles"
gracias
Can you try through the desktop or web app?
FYI - The Beatles aren't on Spotify... Apple hold the license for them.
Hola!
