My Question or Issue

Post Sportify version update to 9.0.84.1338 and Android September security update (CPH2573_15.0.0.860 (EX01V80P01) no sound coming through device speakers/bluetooth device while playing content. No issues with other apps.

Could you try re-installing the Spotify app? Also, check if your mobile OS has any option to customise volume per app. If so, make sure it is not set to mute.

Already reinstalled multiple times.

Toggling OFF the app specific volume worked. Thank you very much.
