Can't install app

You're using a dual sim phone? What model is it and what version of android are you running?

Yes, its dual sim. I was once have the app on my phone but for some reason, I deleted it. And now that I want to re-install it, it can't install. I'm using android 4.4.2

Error code 24 is a generic android error. You could try deleting the following folders (if they exist) then try installing again.

• /emulated/0/Android/data/com.spotify.music
• /ext_sd/Android/data/com.spotify.music
• /sdcard1/Android/data/com.spotify.music
• /data/media/0/Android/data/com.spotify.music

If you still get this error, the only other suggestion I've seen is to factory reset your phone.
