Can't stream over 3G/4G network (android, Samsung Note)

I have the premium service and use a Samsung Note with Android.

The past few weeks it will not stream music unless I'm on a wireless network. It just hangs and says "Loading Station"

I've checked the settings and set to allow streaming over 3G/4G network (I always have exceptional coverage on at&it's wireless network).

I've changed the quality of download and streaming also but this doesn't help. 

I have no issues streaming other music and news services on my Note when traveling around in my car or at home. 

I have rebooted the phone several times also, still with no avail.

Any suggestions?
