Cannot get music offline

I cannot get music offline on my Samsung table 3. Until 3 days ago, it worked fine. Nor can I get I reload it via my computer.  The message is "track not available.   What is the problem?

Hmm....that's odd. I think, at this point, the best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.
