Cannot sync offline playlists on wifi

Hi,

I´m on the new Oneplus 3 and spotify works in streaming mode both on wifi and 4g. But when i try to sync my playlists to offline mode it´s just waiting to download and never does it. If i disconnect from the wifi it syncs on 4g and works fine.

WIFI - Can stream, not download offline

4G - Can stream and download

If i play the file while on wifi and after I´ve set it to download it saves it...strange.

Tried:

Different wifi

Restart of device

Remove all devices from offline devices

Removed application

Reset of application

Factory reset

This is really wierd.

Tried to sync at work, and it works just fine. 

At my home network I can only sync offline playlists on my iOS devices and not my android phone.
