Canvas feature not loading/stopped working.

My Question or Issue

1. Hello, as of last friday night my phone stopped loading the canvas videos in the applied songs. I tried reinstalling the app, deleting cache, deleting online cache and many other methods but nothing worked. I also contacted support via Twitter and after discussing and testing for three days straight they told me that they had no solution for this problem. Instead of loading the video, the songs with Canvas have the album cover with a dark filter on top of it, implying that it wi eventually load or something (it never happens). I managed to find a temporary solution to this, if you click the share option in a song and wait for it to load, the interface shows its canvas video and how it should look like, then close the song window and open it again to show it. Unfortunately I need to do this in each and every single song with the canvas feature. Does anyone have a possible solution that isn't mentioned? Or is my only option to wait for it to eventually fix itself? Please help, not even the Spotify Cares guy could do something.

My problem is that the canvas function is not running.
The Canvas feature is visible in the Spotify settings, but is not enabled.

Even though I live in Korea and am in an area where the canvas function is possible, such a problem arises.
I deleted the app, deleted the cache and deleted the data to solve this problem. And I turned off the "Offline mode" and "Save Data" functions and tried everything, but the activation function is still blocked.

Hola tengo un problema el problema es que me aparece la opción de canvas que la tengo activada pero no aparecen los cortos de los vídeos son aparecen cuando voy al creador es decir me reproduzco la música desde la página del creador en Spotify o cuando quito el bucle de la canción me gustaría que me pudieran ayudar

I have IOS 17 and I am able to see the canvas feature button and it’s on in settings, but I’m not able to see any videos on Spotify. I’ve tried resetting the app, checked for updates, logged out and logged in twice and even cleared cache. Nothings working how do I fix this

I don't see the looping videos on my spotify even though the canvas option is on in my settings. I have an iPhone 15 and spotify is updated to the latest version
