My Question or Issue

The adds struggle to load causing me to clear out the webpage and open it again making it hard to listen to more than 4 songs at a time. How can I make it so that the adds will load and play smoothly????

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

In this type of case, we'd first recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Also, could you check if the ad plays properly when you play your tracks on an Incognito/Private window, or a different browser?

Lastly, would you mind confirming if the issue persists when using the Spotify app instead of the Web player?
