Conection problem with Ford sync

I'm having trouble with bluetoothh connection and ford sync. I can do the pairing and the connection appears for both, but when I play some music the connection has closed immediately. I acessed the details of the bluetooh and the item of music and media is inactive and if I try to activate it returns to be inactive.

I tried to reinstall and pair the phone and sync again a few times but the same error happens.
