My Question or Issue
Hi,
Since a few weeks I'm getting a connection error from Spotify.
When I open Spotify and choose a playlist or artist it's all good, however when after a while I want to change playlist or artist Spotify claims I'm in Offline mode. If I press a thumbnail from a playlist/artist it keeps on loading, if I search it gives me the offline mode.
I am definitely not in Offline mode, I'm connected with WiFi and otherwise 4G, both are stable connections.
To resolve this problem I sometimes have restart the app 4 or 5 times. I have restarted my phone numerous times, deleted cache, reinstalled the app etc etc nothing seems to work.
I haven't had this problem in the past, so my guess it has something to do with the latest update. Hope you guys can solve this as soon as possible.
