Continuously crashes!

I downloaded the app yesterday and it was working just fine. However, since signing up to the free trial, I have not been able to access the app without it crashing. It only gets as far as a black screen with the little menu bars on the left. I wait for it to load and it just crashes - even after I close the app and clear the RAM. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and restarting my phone (Samsung G S4) but the same thing keeps happening.
I really would like to enjoy the benefits of the app so I'm incredibly disappointed.
Is there anything you can do?

I have the exact same problem since I installed the last version (1.9.0.1273). Anyone can help with something more interesting than the "common issues for android"?

Same here! Have a Sony Z1. The common issues for android doesn´t solv my problems!!!
