Daily mix never updates

I have been using spotify for about half a year but I noticed that my daily mixes on my phone have stopped updating for maybe 2 months now. I know it's not because I'm not using spotify enough because this only happens on my phone for some strange reason. When I use desktop spotify, the daily mixes actually do change daily.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, logging in/out, clearing the cache, clearing the data, and nothing seems to work. Everytime I log in it's the same daily mixes I've been seeing for weeks now.
