Delete cache and saved data

So I want to delete/un-download the songs I have downloaded to my offline mode, so I can clear some space on my smart-phone, and I was wondering if using the setting "Delete cache and saved data", under "Other" would be the easiest way. But would that delete the playlists that I've created?

It won't affect your playlists or music in your library. Make sure you turn off the relevant "download" switches or the whole lot will download again the next time you launch spotify.
