Diveice not found - Galaxy Note

Hello,

my computer does not find my device Galaxy Note. No sync! Made a new playlist but I can´t get to my Android. I do not use ICS . I use the same WIFI network. I do not use _Spotify Beta version .

Are you trying to sync local tracks (your own MP3s)?

 

Does Spotify on your phone otherwise work fine - stream tracks, download etc.?

 

Is your phone on the same network as your PC?

I am trying to sync a playlist from my computer to my Note. My computer does not seem to find my device.

Spotify works like charm otherwise.

Yes they are om the same network.

If it is a playlist made up of Spotify music then you can just flag it to download through the Android app itself (doing it from the PC doesn't sync the same data from PC to phone I don't think because the two systems' file quality settings are different, so either way your phone will be downloading the data from the 'net)

 

If it is a playlist made up of your own MP3s then it's more of an issue. Try exiting and restarting both PC and mobile apps, try restarting your wifi on the phone. You could also try the new preview app to see if that is any different.
