Download Error

I've been using spotify on my work computer for a few years with no issues. Then about a week ago, I went to open it and the screen was blank. All of my playlists, the suggested music, everything was gone. The program itself still opens and closes, but nothing is there. I've tried redownloading, restarting my computer, downloading from different browsers, and I've tried following the troubleshooting directions on the website, but spotify comes up black every time. So this isn't an android problem? Take a look at the solutions in this thread and see if they help. If not, I suggest you post over there.
