Download directly to my device?

Instead of just going into the app to listen to my offline music, Can't I just somehow get them DIRECTLY into my download folder to listen to it whenever I please even if I were to delete the app?

Certainly not. Spotify's music is protected.

Spotify content can only be downloaded and played with an active subscription.  It can only be played by the spotify app. Once you no longer have an active premium subscription, any downloads become unavailable.
