My Question or Issue

Progress of download keep appear in notification area , I didn't ask to download something, and it still on 0% and I can't close it even after restart the phone.

Thank you for the reply, I use the app for about a year, and in the last couple of days this progress bar keep appear in the notification area.

Same issue here.

You mean to say clean re-install including to lose all downloads? ~13 GB here.

We'd suggest you start off by restarting the device. Then you can log out and log back in to the account. You can also check these steps and clear the cache. Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues.

 

Tip: To make sure that the app is up-to-date, it is also a good idea to run a clean reinstall with the steps mentioned here. That way some other potential issues can be avoided.
