Downloaded File Location on Android

Hi,

Where are the playlist/downlods stored on an Android (S3 Mini)?

I have downloaded a playlist, which I then deleted on the desktop version.

When I go back in Spotify on Android, it's no longer there but not sure if the files remain, so I want to locate and delete.

There's been other occasions where I've deleted a playlist from Android but not "undownloadwed" it so want to make sure these old files are not taking up space.

Hi,

Your best bet is to delete the cache/saved data from within the Spotify app. Go to Settings and right near the bottom you'll see a button to do this.

If you really want to try to locate it, then you'll find your saved data either in 0/ or /ext_sd depending on whether it's stored internally or on an external SD. Downloaded data is then stored in: Android/data/com.spotify.mobile.android.ui/files/spotifycache/Storage/

I can see com.spotify.music but it is empty. I do not see com.spotify.mobile yet the phone folder only has 360 mb left of 9.6 GB. Why can't I see it.

com.potify.mobile folder was used 3 years ago (look at the date of Daniel's post) but the cache is now stored in com.spotify.music.

I had an email sent to my account charging me $39.00.

I can't find this appliaction on my Android phone.

I know I didn't delte it how do I find or just cancel with my account number?

account number by not having the application on your phone?
