My Samsung Galaxy s4 has 6 free gbs of storage left and I'm trying to sync with WiFi but its saying I don't have enough storage to sync.. Any help on fixing the problem?

Maybe the cache is set to Internal memory rather than your SD card. Cklearing the cache then re-logging in can resolve this... else try a clean install following the below guide:
