Dynamic Queueing For Android + Cloud Storage

When will dynamic queueing be available?  The only things I like better in Google Music is that I can modify all of the songs I have queued up into any order...so, say I have 10 songs queued and I decide I want to hear song #8 next...I can just drag and drop it up the list.

Also, I'm sure this has been asked before, but are there any plans for even a small amount of cloud base storage?  I have some mixtapes that I'd really like available via streaming music from any of my devices...Google allows 20,000 songs, but I would think that people would be happy with even 1,000 or 500 from Spotify.
