Edit/Rearrange Songs in Playlists

Android lacks the ability to rearrange songs in a playlist. I would prefer to edit my playlist on my android, where I use Spotify most, rather than having to edit on the desktop version. It's great for when I find a song and want to put in on the top of my playlist.
