Error message on start up

Description

Opening spotify from device, error message displays as per image. Selecting okay leave a spotify fromt page, but nothing else. The error mesage can be cancelled by presing okay twice, but the application remains unusable.

Same issue for me. SGS4 4.4.2. Have tried offline mode, airplane mode, formatted sd-card, uninstalled app, factory reset of phone. Only thing that works is to restart the phone. Everytime I like to use spotify. Am premium user.

Hi. Can you try reinstalling spotify with the external SD card removed.

I did as advised and i can now open spotify. Not used it in anger as yet, but will do so this evening.
