Error on listening online

I have a good connection but i cant listen my playlist on my android phone and i can do that on mi ipad. The music is like not avaivable, i can only play them in aleatory. Please help!

Can you try to explain the probelm in more detail please.

You sy that you can only play them in aleatory (?). (do you mean random?). So the playlist is available but can only be played in random?

Set the first track of the playlist to play.

Open up the first track to full screen ('now playing').

Find the shuffle play button : this is the crossed arrows icon, at the bottom left of the screen beside the play/pause and track advance/back buttons.

Is it green in colour? (Shuffle/random play activated)

If so, switch it off.
