Hi guys, my problem comes from the fact that when I start my Spotify application from my device it doesn't work at all well. When I connect with the mobile data it works correctly but connecting through Wi-Fi does not work well. I have sent several emails to the spotify email and they have told me that it would be a good idea to upload my problem to this website. They have also provided me with an account from spotify and from that account it was going well on the mobile device, it does not matter if you connected with Wi-Fi or with your mobile data. My phone version is 8.1.0 but it cannot be updated to a new version since bq did not release more versions in its time. My phone is a bq aquaris V. On my computer it works correctly with my account, it does not matter if I enter with data or with Wi-Fi. If you can help me it would be wonderful.
