Explain yourself, I'm pissed!

All the music that was supposedly downloading was not on my phone, yet I was having to delete the simplest things on my phone, like Google play, just to log into chrome. So I purchased an SD card but you guys wasted my time, effort, and money. Lying criminals, you claimed all of the music was downloading to the card, but its completely empty and now I can no longer even check my email because the memory on my phone is full! So explain to me how this is even possible, and how you even keep your jobs and your company running. Switching back to Pandora, and telling EVERYONE I know that this was a scam for some idiot at a desk to make a quick buck.

The music you download can only be used in   conjunction with the Spotify app. You can't just download all the music you want and put it  wherever 

But I will talk to an attorney if you contact me again. You should explain
more thoroughly that it can't be put "wherever" when you're trying to con
customers into going "premium". I blocked you, which means I do not want
you emailing me again
Surely, you can find something better to do. Like make your app more
enjoyable by letting customers hear what they want to hear on "their"
playlist instead of the silly songs you suggest. Goodbye. Don't contact me
again unless its to tell me I can move the music

Sorry to hear that you're not having the best of times with the app right now, but we'd certainly love to help out with this.

 

First of all, which device, OS and version of Spotify are you running?

 

Next up, have you previously tried a reinstall of the app? To do this fully, removing the offline devices listed at this link is key! Once you've removed them, follow these steps to reinstall Spotify. How does that help? Just to note, you'll need to resync your music to Offline Mode again.
