My Question or Issue

There's no option of following people on android app.

Even in profile section there's no option to view your followers and following.

It's disappointing that Spotify isn't focusing on this feature!

There's an idea for that already here - make sure to add your vote to it. The more people that vote, the more likely that Spotify will implement this in the future.
