Free Trial

I just signed up for the premium free trial and my mobile app still says that I am using the free version. I created both accounts by logging into my Facebook account. I would like to be able to use to the premium account through my IPhone app!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your subsriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Spotify desktop should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try a log out and in, and if it still doesn't fix it, reinstalling Spotify.
