Hi, Just changed to a Galaxy Note 3 and installed Spotify. The app thinks I'm outside the UK, but I'm not. Any idea why the app thinks this? My language setting on the phone is English too.
What do you mean when you say it thinks you are outside the UK exactly, is the app showing you this somewhere?

Do you mean the app is not in English? You can change the language in settings.
Could you post a screenshot showing that? Is this over wifi or mobile data?
In case you don't know, take a screenshot by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time and holding them down.
mmm, weird stuff happening. The meassage was a standard app error message, as you would expect to see from outside the UK or US. I made no chnages at all to any settings by now I am at least able to try and attempt to upgrade to Premium.
After 4 attempts to pay via PayPal I have given up. Now with debit card it looks like its working.
Thanks
