My Question or Issue
I get the age restriction message when opening Spotify on my Fire tablet. I do not get this message on my android phone or my girlfriend’s iPad with my account. I’m on the latest version OS (updated 13/2025) on my tablet. This behavior just started on 6/18/2026.

To start off, consider logging out and then back in twice in a row on the Fire tablet. This may seem odd, but it forces a resync with the servers. If this is some temporary hiccup, this should help clear it.
If the issue persists, could you send us a screenshot so we can take a closer look?

The Fire tablet is a bit more specific and doesn't use a standard Android, so this might be a restriction stemming from that. Are you able to go to the app store and follow the age verification steps? Do you get a different error when you try to do that?
