My Question or Issue

I try creating a Group Session with my friend, but different songs keep playing. We tried recreating Group Sessions, reinstalling apps, tried different devices, but all in vain. Whenever either of us tries to join a session, different songs start playing and as soon as the guest listener tries to change the song, the listener gets disconnected. However, sometimes it works but soon goes out of sync, again. It takes all the fun out of Group Sessions. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.


First up, we'd recommend trying with a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference. 


If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice. We know this sounds odd, but it's how the app forces a cache refresh.
